Common sense for the science curriculum?
Yesterday, 150 scientists and academics had the audacity to lobby the UK Government to give climate change and sustainability a bigger place in the curriculum.

Helpful, and gave a clear understanding to my son.

Once again, a fabulous resource from Mastery Science. The quiz is in a multiple choice format, one question per slide. In total there are plenty of questions with engaging video clips that would be ample for a standard lesson slot. The explanations for the answers are learning points and stimulus for further discussion. So much so that we got four questions in then started a class discussion (student led engagement on the last lesson of the school year - chefs kiss!). I was glad that I was able to purchase this quiz at a competitive price and know it can be used again at any time (or elements thereof). I would definately recommend to others and cheekily request new updates in the future (Christmas quiz?)

The students became thoroughly involved and enjoyed the auiz

Really informative and made the students think about their own Carbon footprint.

Excellent information

Sent a bit late to fit it in had no time to check it fully . Science we do our plans about two to three weeks in advance because of techs. We had assessments to slot in as well so couldn’t use it

My son is in year 7 and he was struggling to understand concepts of science topics. This book is very well explained and easy for him to understand with examples and pictures. His interest in science has improved. I would definitely recommend for the children who struggles in science.Good for parents as well to teach.

A fun way to end the year with a recap of key principles.

I have used his materials with my students - I’m retired now but have passed on the links to my teacher children! 🙏🙏🙏🤓

A good recap of topics learnt with appropriate explanations

Activities other than just reading & worksheets help uderstanding much better and increase interest too.
