Collection: Assessments

Accurate formative and summative assessment makes a critical contribution to helping students reach understanding. We are creating

  • Pre-assessments: do students have the essential prior concepts before you teach new ones?
  • Diagnostic assessments: did students get the concepts, and can they apply them? 
  • Summative assessments: how do students perform later when there is a mix of concepts and higher demand questions, as in GCSE?
